Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on Parenting Whispers are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Printable worksheets and activity packs

  • Downloadable guides or resources

  • Digital subscriptions and memberships

Due to the nature of digital content:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES once a purchase has been completed.

This applies regardless of whether:

  • The product has been downloaded or accessed

  • The product is unused

  • You decide the product is not suitable after purchase

 

Subscriptions & Memberships

If you purchase a subscription or recurring membership:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation will stop future charges.

  • No refunds are issued for:

    • Partial billing periods

    • Unused time remaining in a subscription

    • Previously charged subscription fees

Access to subscription content will continue until the end of the current billing period.


Consultations & Services

For any paid consultations or services:

  • You may cancel a scheduled consultation in advance as specified during booking.

  • No refunds are provided for:

    • Missed appointments

    • Late cancellations

    • Completed consultations


Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital product (such as download issues):

  • Please contact us promptly via the Contact page on the Site.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive access to the product you purchased.

Technical issues do not qualify for a refund.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a product that clearly states “no refunds” may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access to purchased content

  • Blocking of future purchases from the Site
